The Company
Grand & Toy is the largest commercial supplier
of office products in Canada. With 21 sales offices, 8 regional distribution
centres and 75 retail locations, Grand & Toy has been providing exemplary
service and value since 1882.
The Challenge
As their business grew and became more focused on
online ordering, Grand & Toy recognized the need for a system that would
help them manage their content more effectively. A streamlined process for
the creation and centralization of content was required, which would help
to avoid any unnecessary duplication of materials and would provide an accurate
and consistent application of data across multiple marketing channels.
The Solution
Upon a full analysis of the situation and the needs
of all parties involved, Fluuid designed a system of Digital Asset Management
that encompassed not only archiving and workflow, but included solutions for
enterprise-wide integration, process standardization, training and data storage
as well.
